posted on Feb. 28, 2003  From The Daily Telegraph (Australia): AMAZING pictures in today's Daily Telegraph give the world its first glimpse of Heath Ledger's Ned Kelly in the final shoot-out at Glenrowan -- in all its armoured glory. Today, The Daily Telegraph can reveal that steel suits the actors wore weighed more than 45kg and had four separate pieces -- chest, back and apron guards and a helmet. There were shots of the set, comments from Orlando and other actors, and get this: During a swordfight, Johnny Depp accidentally struck Orlando in the wrist, but thankfully no major damage was done, as Orlando said: "Good as gold." The Women of "Troy" posted on Feb. 26, 2003 From FilmForce: According to Variety, actresses Saffron Burrows (Deep Blue Sea) and Oscar-winner Julie Christie (Dragonheart) have joined the cast of Troy. The Warner Brothers/Village Roadshow Pictures historical epic will be directed by Wolfgang Petersen from a script by David Benioff. Troy begins filming April 22 in London for a May 21, 2004 release. Yes, site updates have been scarce lately. I've been loaded, and I mean loaded with schoolwork.
