Magazine: Britain's hottest newcomer, Orlando Bloom, has taken victory in [Hello! Magazine's] 2003 Most Attractive Man poll. With 28 per cent of the overall vote, the actor fended off some stiff competition from Jon Bon Jovi, who received 27 per cent. Last year's winner Colin Firth also gave a strong showing, taking third place after winning 8.5 per cent. Orlando switches teams for Becks posted on January 17, 2004 From Ananova (and other places): Orlando Bloom has changed the football team he supports following David Beckham's move to Real Madrid. The Lord Of The Rings stars used to support Manchester United but following Beckham's move to the spanish side in the summer he's changed he allediance, according to The Sun. He said: "Since Beckham now plays for Real Madrid, I think they're cool." Orlando has become a major Hollywood star since appearing in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and Pirates of the Caribbean. "Elizabethtown" to be another upcoming movie? posted on January 9, 2004 Roxana writes: Ok, it's not official, but Orlando is MOST LIKELY to be cast to director Cameron Crowe's new movie "Elizabeth Town" (the title is pending). Orlando took Ashton Kutcher's spot in the movie (the lead, although I do not know the name of the character), as Orlando and Cameron are good friends, although it was told to me (by Cameron's neice) that Ashton was not doing his work correctly (coming to work and not having his lines memorized) and thus was replaced. (Orlando was previously in a Gap commercial directed by Crowe). Just thought I'd tell (as I am very excited! I may be able to meet him and get some GOOD pictures!). Hope he keeps the role, this sounds like it would be a great movie!
