ORLANDO BLOOM - on the cover of ARENA magazine

Mason Young of UK's ARENA Magazine sent in a sneak peak of Orlando on the cover in the January 2003 issue! Check it out:

The January issue of ARENA is a Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers special collector's edition. Featuring three exclusive covers from the film's coolest stars - Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood, and Sir Ian McKellan.

In the exclusive magazine feature in Arena, Bloom discusses his adventurous time on and off the set during the trilogy's filming in New Zealand:

"I'm not constantly throwing myself out of aeroplanes……but I like to snowboard and I've always been into motorbikes. I guess I'm a bit of an adrenalin junky and New Zealand is the place where they invented the bungee - I love that shit".

"There was a memo that was sent around during the filming saying, 'We're going down to Queenstown, it's the adventure capital of New Zealand, so please don't do anything stupid' and I sort of ignored it. Within two hours I had thrown myself off the first bungee jump in the town".

Bloom further describes his career as 'amazing' since filming Lord of the Rings:

"You know, when I look at my career so far, on paper, it's amazing. I've got all these skills - horse riding, archery, sword fighting and to get the opportunity to play an elf, a soldier, an outlaw, a boxer and now a pirate - it's every boy's dream. Unbelievable".
